As Healthcare CEOs, CFOs and Supply Chain Managers deal with reduced reimbursements and the pressure to spend less while preparing to implement healthcare reform, we are helping shift equipment maintenance dollars from service to the bottom line.

I was most pleased when we realized how much capital could be saved by simply changing our process and centralizing our management in only one area, namely, our equipment maintenance." President, Regional Healthcare System

Technical Equipment Coverage (TEC) Program provides healthcare facilities with a proven process to manage and reduce their equipment maintenance costs.

As the industry leader in capital equipment maintenance solutions, we provide cost effective, outsourced maintenance programs for our customer partners in a wide range of market segments. Our strong technical expertise and proprietary database enable us to recommend, implement and manage comprehensive equipment repair and maintenance programs that provide significant savings, increased efficiencies and improved management control over the short and long term.

The unique program provides substantial hard and soft dollar savings on the maintenance and repair of a wide range of equipment and enables organizations to consolidate multiple contracts into one program package under the TEC Agreement. It further enables organizations to add and delete equipment easily, track repair requests, monitor equipment performance and gain consistency of process and budget control of expenses. For virtually all healthcare organizations, large or small, this will mean increased operational efficiencies, a stronger management information system to base decisions on and surplus dollars to direct toward other critical business operations.

TEC Program

Our TEC Equipment Coverage (TEC) Program delivers all the benefits of the TEC Program described above plus provides additional on-site support within your facility. This could include a Technical Account Manager (TAM) or an Administrative Assistant or both. The TAM provides uniformity in the control of information, paper flow and data entry. The TAM maintains control of all business aspects of the Program and is the on-site liaison between us and your organization.
